Fail to extend warranty

*Please review the provided information and ensure it meets the necessary conditions for the extension.
The following conditions will result in a failed warranty extension:
1、We cannot find the purchase record from the channel and order number you provided.
2、The product model you provided does not match the model of the extended warranty purchased.
3、The purchase record corresponding to the information you provided shows the product was bought more than 90 days ago and is not eligible for the warranty extension plan.
4、The purchase record corresponding to the information you provided shows that the product has been refunded or partially refunded.

Ultimea Warranty Extension Plan Policy

Eligibility for Extension
The warranty extension is available for all eligible Ultimea products purchased through legitimate channels.

The extension applies to both the standard warranty period and any additional extensions, provided the product is within the defined timeframe for eligibility.
Extension Period
The warranty extension is available for an additional 1-3 years beyond the standard warranty period, depending on the option selected.
Conditions for Eligibility
- The warranty extension is valid only for products purchased within the past 90 days.
- The product must not have been refunded or partially refunded.
- The warranty extension applies to electronic products only, excluding accessories and non-electronic items.
Verification Process
Ultimea will verify the product purchase and extension eligibility. If the provided information does not match or the product is not eligible, the warranty extension request will be denied.
Terms and Conditions
- The warranty extension applies only to the product covered by Ultimea’s standard warranty terms.
- The warranty terms for products within the extended warranty period are essentially the same as those of the standard warranty period. However, the warranty during the extended period only covers repairs and replacements, and does not cover order refunds.
- Ultimea reserves the right to reject warranty extension requests that do not meet the criteria specified in this policy.
Refund and Cancellation
- Cancel within 3 days of order placement. You can initiate a cancellation request for the warranty extension within 3 days of successfully placing the order. After 3 days, cancellation of the warranty extension and refund will no longer be possible.
- Cancel within 30 days of product return. If the extended warranty product is returned or exchanged, the warranty extension service will be automatically invalidated. Please provide proof of purchase and return within 30 days of a successful return. Once verified by the Ultimea team, the warranty extension fee will be refunded to your account. If no request is made within 30 days after the return, Ultimea will no longer process refund requests for the warranty extension.
Claims Procedure During Extended Warranty Period
Once the product’s standard warranty period has expired, it will enter the extended warranty period. You can forward the “Warranty Extension Order Confirmation” email to Ultimea’s customer service email at support@ultimea.com, explaining the product issue and requesting warranty service. Our customer service representative will contact you within 3 business days.
