Warranty Policy
1. Warranty time
All newly purchased Ultimea products come with a limited time warranty. ULTIMEA offers an EU standard 2-year warranty and an NA standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Accessories Warranty
Accessories come with a 1-year warranty. If there are quality problems with adapters, screws, or remote controls, ULTIMEA will provide new accessories free of charge within this period. After this time, accessory fees and shipping costs will apply for replacements.
Product Extends 1-year warranty

For Laser TVs, the warranty is automatically extended by an additional year upon purchase.

For all other products, we highly recommend registering your purchase on our website to receive an extra year of warranty. Register here

Please note: separate accessories are not covered under the extended warranty service.
2. In-warranty

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Ultimea will repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.

If you did not purchase the unit directly from ultimea.com, please provide proof of purchase, a short description of the problem and model number to speed up the process.
3. Defective exchange & repair
At our discretion, we will repair or replace items under the terms of our warranty. Replacement units will be fully tested and repackaged (in like-new condition) to ensure the highest quality control and to prevent recurring issues. Products sent in for repair without verification will be refused.
4. Exclusions
Our free warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

Improper installation, misuse, or abuse of the screen

Failure to follow the provided installation and operation instructions

Accidents, fires, floods, or other external causes

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Normal wear and tear

Products or accessories are damaged due to personal reasons

Non-quality-related issues or hardware problems

Lost or stolen products

Items that have exceeded their warranty period

Free products

Repairs conducted by third parties that cause damage

Purchases from illegitimate resources
5. Warranty claim procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at support@ultimea.com.
A ULTIMEA representative will guide you through the claim process and provide any necessary documentation or evidence of the defect.
6. Proof of purchase
For purchases placed on ultimea.com, we require the order number and email address used to place the order, for us to retrieve your details.
For purchases from other channels, a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, demonstrating the date of purchase, is required to be eligible for warranty services.
7. Shipping costs

For products excluding laser TV, if a warranty claim is approved, ULTIMEA will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product or accessories back to the customer.

For Laser TV, returns and shipping costs will be borne by ULTIMEA within the first year of the warranty period after receiving the product. If warranty periods exceed 1 year, return costs will be borne by the buyer, while shipping costs will be covered by ULTIMEA.
8. Local shop repair costs
The repairs are not recommended unless performed by a professional electronics repair technician. ULTIMEA will not provide free warranty service for personal damage to the product or aggravation of the problem. If repairs are conducted at a local shop, the customer must present a valid repair certificate and payment invoice. ULTIMEA can cover up to a maximum of $300 in repair fees. Any excess fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
9. Terms and conditions for the order partial refund and warranty services
The refund amount is between 10% and 20% of the order, the free warranty service will be voided, and if you still want a warranty replacement, you have to pay for the return shipping cost.
The refund amount is between 20% and 30% of the order, the free warranty service will be voided, and if you still want a warranty replacement, you have to pay for the return shipping cost and a product replacement fee of 300-500 USD.
The refund amount is between 30% and 50% of the order, the free warranty service will be voided, and if you still want a warranty replacement, you have to pay for the return shipping cost and a product replacement fee of 600-1000 USD.
The refund amount is equal to or more than 50% of the order, the warranty service will not be supported, and if you still want to replace or repair the product, you will have to pay the remaining 50% of the order amount.

For purchases made on ultimea.com, please provide proof of purchase, a short description of the problem, and a model number to speed up the process.
For products purchased from local retail stores or other dealers, contact the seller first for warranty service as ULTIMEA does not provide free warranty services in such cases.
